BlackboxRed

BlackboxRed takes you into a world where everything is on edge. With titles like Satellite 1, God’s and Spies and Me and My Shadow, they dive headfirst into another dimension. Think endless oceans, satellites in the night, deserted wastelands and fractured timelines. Inspired by the series DARK, Eva and Stefan create music for worlds where twilight never lifts. A sound that’s as cinematic as it is crushing. Built on nothing but guitar and drums. And still, somehow, powerful enough to tilt the world off its axis.

Plain Bizarre

Four-piece Plain Bizarre (Groningen/Leeuwarden) plays drive-y, laid-back and straightforward garage rock with slacker and punk influences. Delivered with a hint of discomfort. Because yeah, when you think about it – like really think about it – everything is Plain Bizarre. Simply absurd and incomprehensible. You could get gloomy about it, but Plain Bizarre tries to make something out of it. Existential, societal and personal themes wrapped in catchy yet fuzzy songs. For fans of Jean-Paul Sartre, Courtney Barnett and anyone who sometimes doesn’t quite get life either. So yeah, see you there.
